INGREDIENTS
- ¼ C blueberries or berries of choice
- 1 C frozen coconut cream or coconut ice cream or frozen yoghurt
- 1 C plant-based milk of choice (coconut or almond work well)
- 2-4 tsp Açaí Powder (daily dose per serving
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder/seeds
- 1 Tbsp collagen powder
- ½ tsp crushed cardamom seeds (optional)
- 2 tsp agave syrup or coconut blossom nectar or maple syrup
- pinch of salt
PREPARATION
Blend together all the ingredients until smooth and thick.
