METHOD
STEP 1:
Preheat the oven to 180’C.
STEP 2
Place chickpeas, maple, nut butter and flax egg in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
STEP 3:
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
STEP 4:
Place the mixture in a lined baking tin and place it on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
STEP 5:
Remove and allow to cool. Then, cut into squares and top with melted chocolate and a pinch of salt.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/3 cup sorghum flour/oat flour
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed + 3 Tbsp water
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1.5 tsp chaga powder
- Pinch of salt
TOPPINGS:
- Melted Dark chocolate & malden salt
