METHOD
STEP 1:
Cook your oats as usual and stir in the plant-based protein mix if desired.
STEP 2:
When oats are ready scoop it into a bowl and add warmed almond milk and coconut nectar to taste.
STEP 3:
Meanwhile, slice two pears lengthways and sauté in coconut oil for a couple minutes.
STEP 4:
Add your toppings! Like pumpkin seeds, pomegranate arils and cacao nibs.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 C cooked oats
- ½ C almond milk
- 1-2 pears
- 1 T melted Cacao Butter
- 1-2 T maple or coconut blossom nectar
- 1 T Chocolate Plant Based Protein Mix (optional)
TOPPINGS:
- Pomegranate arils
- Pumpkin seeds
- Cacao Nibs
- Chocolate pieces
- Hemp seeds
