METHOD

STEP 1:

Combine the chia gel, hemp milk, and protein powders in a bowl and stir well to create a chia "pudding". Add more hemp milk to reach your preferred consistency.

 

STEP 2:

Top with figs, cacao nibs, berries and coconut flakes. Drizzle with coconut blossom nectar if desired.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tbsp Chia gel (soaked overnight chia seeds)
  • 1/4 C Awaken Superfood Protein Shake
  • 1tsp Hemp Powder
  • Hemp milk or alternative
  • Coconut Blossom Nectar

 

TOPPINGS:

  • Figs, sliced
  • Dried berries (mulberries, gojis, blueberries) or use fresh
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Coconut flakes
