Combine the chia gel, hemp milk, and protein powders in a bowl and stir well to create a chia "pudding". Add more hemp milk to reach your preferred consistency.
Top with figs, cacao nibs, berries and coconut flakes. Drizzle with coconut blossom nectar if desired.
