Wash and chop fruit and vegetables.
Juice the lemon. Tip: Keep a little of the outer skin to add to add extra citrus flavor as a counterpoint to the green notes.
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Blend until smooth.

- 1 Apple
- 1 Banana (Tip: frozen banana is refreshing in a smoothie! Peel them before you freeze them).
- 6 Spinach leaves
- Juice of 1 large organic Lemon
- 2 T Hemp Seeds
- 1 T Hemp Protein Powder
