PREPARATION TIME
75 minutes (preparation time: 15 minutes, and cooking time: 60 minutes)
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 140℃.
STEP 2:
Wash and dry your sweet potatoes. Bake in the oven until soft – approximately 60 minutes.
STEP 3:
To make the green seasoning, mix 1 tablespoon Super Shake Green Alkaliser with 1 teaspoon of salt or Herbamare. Add some optional extras for the spicy version.
STEP 4:
Prep the rest of your toppings: chop the herbs, slice the tomatoes, and blend up the bayo mayo ingredients.
STEP 5:
Remove sweet potatoes from the oven, and decorate as desired.
STEP 6:
Remember to get your greens in, and sprinkle the green seasoning generously on top!
NOTE:
You can also make a jar of this green seasoning to keep on hand to lively up any savory meal.

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 200g baby tomatoes, chopped
- 2 generous handfuls of fresh herbs
- Bao Mayo
Green Seasoning (simple version):
- 1 Tbsp Master Greens powder
- 1 tsp Herbamare or salt
Optional extras for Green Seasoning Spicy Version:
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder or crushed seeds
- Tumeric powder
- Hing, powderized or garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Mixed dried herbs
Topping Ideas:

- Hemp Seeds
- Avocado
