METHOD
STEP 1:
Place the water, hemp seeds, and honey in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
STEP 2:
Fold the oats, cacao nibs and hemp milk together in a jar or bowl, cover, and leave to soak overnight.
STEP 3:
In the morning top with a generous serving of honey, seasonal fruit of your choice, toasted nuts, cinnamon and extra superfoods as desired.
NOTES:
Take a few minutes before bed to assemble the ingredients, pop them in a bowl or jar, and leave them to soak overnight. This breakfast is rich in fibre, which keeps blood sugar levels stable, and will keep you nourished and focused for a good couple of hours before your next meal. Before heading out for the day, add the toppings to this "Breakfast of Kings", seal in a jar and enjoy no matter where you are!
