STEP 1:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add milk or water to achieve your desired consistency.

INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 scoops Hemp Protein Powder
- ¼ C rolled oats, soaked overnight and rinsed
- ¼ C cashews, soaked overnight and rinsed
- 3 small bananas (can be frozen)
- 1 C coconut milk
- ½ C water
- 1 small hunk of ginger
- 1 tsp. cardamon
- 2 ice cubes (weather dependent)
TOPPINGS:
- Banana slices
- Hemp Seeds
- Hemp Protein Powder
