PREPARATION TIME
Overnight soak & 5 minutes prep
METHOD
STEP 1:
Mix together the oat base ingredients and place in the fridge overnight.
STEP 2:
Whisk together the ingredients for the chia pudding and then place in the fridge overnight.
STEP 3:
Mix together the ingredients for the apple layer.
STEP 4:
Create layers with the apple mixture, oat base, chia pudding. Top with toasted oats, toasted almonds and mashed raspberries.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 C ground up oats
- ¼ C Mesquite Powder
- 2 C almond milk
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla essence or powder
- 1 banana, mashed
- ¼ tsp salt
For chia pudding:
- ⅓ C Chia Seeds
- 1 ¼ C almond milk
- ¼ C Coconut Blossom Nectar
- Pinch of salt
Apple mixture:
- 1 C apples, chopped
- ⅓ C almond butter
- ¼ C Coconut Blossom Nectar
- ¼ C Melted Cacao Butter
- ¼ tsp salt
Optional Extras:
- Toasted oats
- Roasted almonds
- Mashed raspberries
- Cacao nibs
