Soak the super oats in 1 cup boiling water.
Step 2:Place in a pot on the stove and add the almond milk and cook on medium until it thickens. Or, to keep more of the goodness, just stir the almond milk into the oats without heating on the stove
Step 3:Meanwhile, slice two pears lengthways and sauté in coconut oil for a couple minutes.
Step 4:Drizzle over the coconut blossom nectar and heat a few minutes more until caramelised.
Step 5:Remove from heat and serve on the oats, extra milk, extra coconut blossom nectar, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate arils and cacao nibs.
