Ingredients

½ C Super Oats Vanilla
1 C Warm Water
1 C Hemp Milk
Coconut Blossom Nectar

Toppings

Vanilla Pods
Cashews
Coconut Flakes

Method

STEP 1:

Combine the Super Oats, water and milk in a bowl and leave them to soak for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 2:

While they swell up, slice the vanilla pods in half. Using a knife, scrape the vanilla seeds into the bowl.

STEP 3:

Sweeten with Coconut Blossom Nectar and top with cashews and coconut flakes. Add more hemp milk to reach your desired consistency. Note: You can store the vanilla pods shells in the fridge and use to flavour a cup of tea for a warm, soothing after-dinner drink.
