METHOD
STEP 1:
Soak your chia seeds in 1 cup of coconut milk (you have the option of soaking them in water as well).
STEP 2:
Make your green spirulina smoothie by blending the avo, ¾ cup coconut milk, spirulina, tablespoon of honey and lemon juice together until smooth.
STEP 3:
Make your yellow banana turmeric shake by blending the banana, cashews, turmeric, teaspoon of honey and water together until smooth.
STEP 4:
Have fun layering the parfait and decorating as desired. Enjoy!
NOTES
Try blending our Berry Delight Super Shake with banana to add a bright pink layer to the mix!

- 3 bananas

- ¾ C water
