1-2 scoops Hemp Protein Powder
¼ C rolled oats, soaked overnight and rinsed
¼ C cashews, soaked overnight and rinsed
3 small bananas (can be frozen)
1 C coconut milk
½ C water
1 small hunk of ginger
1 tsp. cardamon
2 ice cubes (weather dependent)

place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
add milk or water to achieve your desired consistency
