Soak your chia seeds in 1 cup of coconut milk (you have the option of soaking them in water as well).
Step 2:Make your green spirulina smoothie by blending the avo, ¾ cup coconut milk, spirulina, tablespoon of honey and lemon juice together until smooth.
Step 3:Make your yellow banana turmeric shake by blending the banana, cashews, turmeric, teaspoon of honey and water together until smooth.
Step 4:Have fun layering the parfait and decorating as desired. Enjoy!
